Solution Settings Dialog (DATAFLOW Designer)

This Reference Article has been written for Version 2.1 of the DATAFLOW Software. For Previous Releases use the version selection in the navigation bar at the top of this page.
The Solution Settings contain all settings for a DATAFLOW Solution. These settings will stored inside the solution and will be the same for all users.
Note: When a user changes any solution setting, this will affect all other users of the same solution.
Open Solution Settings Dialog
The Dialog to edit the Solution Settings can be shown in the following ways:

Press Ctrl + Alt + K on the Keyboard |

Select 'Solution settings' from the Solution context menu shown when the Solution entry or the empty area is right clicked in the Explorer Window. |

Click the 'Settings' button in the Home ribbon |

The Dialog can be closed by pressing the ESC key on the keyboard, the Cancel button or the Cross Button in the top right corner. This will discard all changes. |

The Confirm button will save all changes and close the dialog. |
 |
The Apply button will save all changes, but the dialog will not be closed. |
 |
The Show Manual button will open the Knowledge Base Article for the current page in the default web browser. |
Solution Setting Pages
The dialog is organized in groups.
The following groups are shown for a DATAFLOW Solution:
- Solution Info: Contains details on the current solution.
- Path macros: Manages all path macros on solution level.
- Project Configuration: Contains all project specific configurations. A project group is shown for each project in the current solution. The pages inside a project group depend on the project type. See Project Settings.
